Members Showcase

The Lost Pines Art Center has art work throughout the gallery all year long.  We change our shows every 3 months, and have multiple shows happening at any given time.  We offer works from our growing Membership of artists from around Texas, showing 2 dimensional and 3D, or sculptural works.  We also showcase select works in our group shows, online shows, and our Featured Artist exhibit.  Admission is always free.

Rockin’ Bastrop: Art in the Wild!

Discover. Share. Rehide. Keep Bastrop Rockin’!

Welcome to Rockin’ Bastrop: Art in the Wild!, an exciting community art project in collaboration with The Lost Pines Art Center and Bastrop Parks & Recreation. Local artists have painted beautiful, one-of-a-kind rocks and hidden them throughout Bastrop’s parks and trails. Each rock features a QR code that links to our website, where you can learn about the artist and the project!

How It Works:

🔍 Find a rock – Explore Bastrop’s parks and see if you can spot a painted rock!

Locations! Bob Bryant Park, Fisherman’s Park, Kerr Community Park
📸 Take a selfie – Snap a photo with your find and share it on social media using #RockinBastropArt and #LostPinesArtCenter.
🚀 Rehide or Travel – Leave the rock for someone else to find, or take it on an adventure and drop it in a new location to spread Bastrop’s art beyond Texas!

This interactive project connects art, nature, and community, making every park visit a creative adventure. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, join the fun and keep Bastrop rockin’!

This project is coordinated by Lost Pines Art Center’s Engagement Committee.
