Abstracts by Enid
Friday, Feb. 21st, 2020: 1:00-4:00pm
All materials will be provided for the afternoon workshop. Students will learn how to apply and layer with PanPastels and other media, while learning about color and design, and experimenting with several abstract styles. The class will be information, supportive, and fun.
Enid’s Story:
Instructor Enid Wood has been teaching pastel painting classes in Bastrop County for over a decade. Prior to that, she taught violin, mainly in England. She has a degree in Art Education from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. Her pastel paintings have won awards in local, regional, national, and international exhibitions and are sold in galleries throughout central Texas. Also a writer, Enid is a regular contributor to the international publication Pastel Journal. One of her PanPastel® seascapes is published in the revised edition of Judy Martin’s Encyclopedia of Pastel Techniques.
