Ages 12–18 |  Limited Spots

  • As we settle into the school year routine, let’s make space for something different: a day to create, explore, and express. This one-day pop-up workshop invites teens to dive into art as a way to discover more about themselves, spark new ideas, and connect with others. Through hands-on projects, guided reflection, and a few unexpected creative twists, they’ll walk away feeling inspired and ready to start the year with fresh energy. In this workshop, teens will:
    🎨 Explore identity through art & self-expression
🎭 Experiment with creative techniques that reflect their unique style
💡 Turn emotions and experiences into artistic inspiration
🤝 Connect with peers through group reflection (talking optional)🌟 This is a preview class to our 4-week Teen Creative Series starting in September.

✨ Guided by youth mentor Erin Nicole, this class blends real conversation, gentle self-awareness tools (like sound bowls and journaling), and connection-building exercises — all designed to help teens feel more solid in themselves and how they show up in the world.

💡 Why parents love it:
Teens walk away with tools to manage emotions, build healthy peer relationships, and feel more confident heading into school. It’s not therapy — it’s life prep.

💬 Why teens love it:
No one’s forced to talk. No one’s expected to be perfect. Just a space to breathe, explore, and get real.
