In October we will be painting, doing a type of layering, utilizing shapes, and changes in shade (dark and light) and hue (color). There are many ways to do this from super simple to complex. Black and white pens can be used to give depth to the final shapes. I will have shapes cut out for you to use for your design, or you can cut out your own shapes to apply. We will be using watercolors primarily, but you can also use colored pencils (for a bit more control). This activity is a little tricky, but really interesting to see the layers develop into your final painting. It is a great study of shape, shade and hue. Give it a try!

Please be sure everyone is registered so we know the amount of materials to bring to class.

The cost is just $10 for non-Members, or FREE for Members. Pre-registration required for either, to ensure we have enough supplies.

Ages 12+ are welcome, all supplies are provided for class.

Refunds and credits are only issued for class postponements or cancellations.
