Evening Blow Your Own Glass; Mushrooms, Flowers, Bud Vases

These are 20 minute sessions held in the Glassblowing Silo on the back lawn of the Art Center. The Main Building is closed at that time, but you may park on Haysel or the small lot next to the Glassblowing Silo on the back lawn of the Art Center. The instructor will have a badge to get it for the restrooms.

All are welcome, ages 14+, to create a mushroom, bud vase, or flower that you heat and shape in your choice of colors.  One person and one item per slot, but others can watch from our bleachers in front of the beautiful glassblowing silo. Our beloved instructor, Manda Barnes, will offer you an unforgettable and fun experience!

***Items must cool slowly in the annealers before they are ready to be picked up.  Pieces will be ready for pick up beginning Wednesday April 29th, 9am-4pm, or other days during business hours.

*** Cotton (natural fiber) clothing is highly recommended, and closed toe shoes are required.

Credits and refunds are issued only for class postponements and cancellations.
