Ages 13–18 |  Limited Spots

School’s around the corner — but some teens are still carrying the weight of anxiety, social awkwardness, or emotional overwhelm. Whether they feel like they don’t belong, get overstimulated in crowds, or just need help navigating all the feels — this class is a safe space to get grounded and grow.

In this one-day pop-up workshop, we help teens:

  • Feel more confident in who they are

  • Understand emotional triggers & reactions

  • Learn how to set energetic & social boundaries

  • Connect through group reflection and a chill creative project

✨ Guided by youth mentor Erin Nicole, this class blends real conversation, gentle self-awareness tools (like sound bowls and journaling), and connection-building exercises — all designed to help teens feel more solid in themselves and how they show up in the world.

🎨 Includes:

  • Sound + breath intro to reset the nervous system

  • Self-expression & identity exploration

  • Art activity to reflect what makes them shine

  • Group shares (no pressure to speak)

💡 Why parents love it:
Teens walk away with tools to manage emotions, build healthy peer relationships, and feel more confident heading into school. It’s not therapy — it’s life prep.

💬 Why teens love it:
No one’s forced to talk. No one’s expected to be perfect. Just a space to breathe, explore, and get real.

🌟 This is a preview class to our 4-week Teen Series starting September. Come feel it out.
