Each year, we celebrate birds with our show, “Free As A Bird”. Bastrop achieved its Bird City status in 2020, recognizing this area as a hub for native and migratory birds of over 300 species. This curated show will begin on April 1st. Then on May 2nd, we will host a full day of bird-centric activities, leading into the opening reception at Art After Dark from 6-8pm. The show runs April 1st- May 31st.
This is an open call, you do not need to be a Member of the Lost Pines Art Center to submit. It is a juried show, and must follow our guidelines for display if selected. There is a fee of $10 for Members and $20 for non-Members.
