BASTROP ART FEST

Nov. 7th, 2026, 10am-4pm

Bastrop Art Fest is our annual event, bringing together artists, makers, community and visitors from all around for a celebration of all things art. We host diverse and unique vendors selling original art work, crafts and handmade foods. Other draws for the event are hands-on creative activities and live demonstrations from artists, including blacksmiths and glassblowers.

The event takes place inside the Art Center and on the back lawn, where guests can meander, shop, and take in the creative vibes.

Artists, craft makers, and food & beverage vendors are welcome to apply. We jury all applicants to ensure quality of products and original art. We work hard to give our vendors a great experience with us, and do robust marketing to bring the biggest crowds we can.

Please complete the application below for consideration. Vendors are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Space permitting, we will accept applications until October 26th at midnight. We respond to applications within 3 business days.

For questions, contact us at art@lostpinesartcenter.org.

The Deadline for applications is October 26th at midnight. Latest Notification of acceptance: Oct. 28th.

• Booth fee is $100 or $75 for Demo Booths. You will be invoiced once you are approved, Oct 28th at the latest.

• Demo Booths: Demo artists have a choice of using part of their booth to work, or can work in a separate space, with a helper working your sales booth. You are required to work on a project(s) for the duration of the event (frequently, with breaks). Visitors will be able to watch you, the artist/craft maker in action, and ask questions. Demo booth artists are selected based on number of applicants, and type of work that would be demonstrated. Not all mediums and projects are a good fit for this type of event. Please send questions or concerns to art@lostpinesartcenter.org.

• Booths are in an 8'x10' space under the big tent (LPAC provides) OR 10'x10' canopy (vendor provides). All booth applications are first come, first served. Vendors will receive their booth placement at check-in.

**Weights are required on all 4 poles if using a 10x10 canopy.

• Immediate family (couple) may share a booth, but otherwise, only one vendor is allowed per booth.

• You must provide your own tables/ hardware for displays/decorations. LPAC cannot provide these.

• LPAC will provide chairs for vendors, water, snacks, and table sitters for restroom breaks.

• You must process your own sales. You keep 100% of your sales. Sales Tax ID# is required. Contact us for assistance in obtaining a sales tax ID.

• ***You must provide your own WIFI.

• Limited electricity can be provided upon request under the big tent only. No electricity is provided for canopies.

• Your artwork/crafts/products must be 80% handmade by you. 20% of the items used in your work may be prefabricated.

• Your booth must be attended by you for the duration of the event, but you may have a helper/friend/family member sit with you throughout, or to sit in for lunch and bathroom breaks. One of your selling points is you- the artist! We will have volunteers to sit in for breaks.

• Please ensure that your items are family friendly.

• We are happy to assist with loading and unloading at the event. We have only a few carts, so if you have one, please bring one. Set up for event begins at 7:45am.
